Current Middle East negotiations are based on “PLO principles”, as elucidated in the US State Department link from February 2016:. http://www.state.gov/r/pa/prs/ps/2016/02/252441.htm

Since the PLO has never changed its covenant of commitment for a full scale war to destroy Israel, this means that the “quartet” ascribe to a genocidal policy and full  scale war against the Jewish State.

The “quartet” comprises the EU, the US, the UN and Russia.

Following  22 years of  misrepresenting the PLO as if it is an innocuous and  “moderate” entity, there are few today who realize the PLO is true to its covenant, as exemplified in the current education system  and media output promulgated by the Palestinian Authority, spawned by the PLO.

Here are sources which provide documentation that the PLO Covenant Charter remains unchanged:

“The Text of the Palestinian National Covenant Remains As it Was and No Changes Were Made to it. This Has Caused it to be Frozen but Not Annulled”

For this reason, the legislation introduced by Senator Ted Cruz to revoke the status of the PLO in the United States is more important than ever.

The condition laid down by US law to allow the PLO to open an office in DC was that the PLO cancel its genocidal covenant. On April 24, 1996, our agency dispatched  the only TV crew which filmed  the meeting of the PNC , the Palestinian National Council, when the PLO refused to cancel the covenant . We dispatched as VHS copy of the session to then-US ambassador to Israel, Martin Indyk, who chose to lie to the US government and misinform the US Congress that the PLO covenant had been cancelled.

Martin Indyk is a man who will live in infamy.
