Response of Member of Knesset Otniel Shneller to Suggested Demolition of “Outpost” Jewish Communities in Judea and Samaria: This is not going to transpire

Israeli Kadima Knesset Member Otniel Shneller responded to the news item on the “Middle East News Line” that the Israel Defence Establishment intends to destroy outpost Jewish communities.

MK Shneller said that the administrative orders to destroy these “outposts” were legally binding for exactly one year, orders which expire during these days.

In order to issue any new orders, the government would have to request new demolition instructions, which cannot be carried out for at least one year.

MK Shneller therefore does not believe that these demolition orders will be re-issued.
