The Jerusalem Center for Public Affairs has seen fit to dedicate the above to the memory of my friend, colleague and mentor, Justus Weiner, who died in the Jerusalem that he adored at the age of 70, leaving a legacy of inquiry for everyone to learn from.

Justus was a prolific trail blazer who pioneered breaking news investigations about so many issues of conscience;

The plight of Palestinian Arabs under the yoke of the Palestinian Authority, the persecution of Christians in Bethlehem, the terrorist hijack of human rights organizations, the false biography of Edward Said and much more.

Before establishing himself as an independent investigative force in 1989, Justus monitored hostile organizations for the Israel Ministry of Justice for a period of 13 years.

Those who knew Justus will miss his smile of inspiration and tenacity.
