Sderot, Israel – During the normal daily news coverage of the Kassam missiles that have hit Sderot, Israel (pop. 24,000), the human side of what people go through is often missed.

Noam Bedein has run a media center in Sderot (www.SderotMedia.com) for the past year that gives service to the foreign and local press that cover the Middle East.

During the period described as a cease-fire, Nov. 26 – May 15, Sderot and the southern region of Israel were struck with more than 300 missiles.

Here are some of the photos that Noam Bedein snapped during these missile attacks, of the more than 1,500 pictures that he has taken during this time period.
