Norway denies holding back funds: Feedback from Rep. Office of Norway to the Palestinian Authority

On 9 June 2020 I spoke to an official at the representative office of Norway to the PA about this article

The official told me that it is not true and that Norway is not withholding any funds.

The official explained that the Norwegian Parliament is aware of the issue of the PA Textbooks and education in UNRWA schools and that they are checking the allocations and are currently in dialogue with the PA .

Half of their budget was issued for the summer, and the other half is paused until they come to an understanding with the PA.
