While the world rewards violence with promises of statehood, a master strategist plays the long game. In this gripping episode of Straight Up, Daniel Seaman peels back the curtain on a brutal terror attack, the chilling murder of a Tanzanian student by Hamas and the global diplomatic chess game now revolving around Trump’s UN-backed Gaza plan. Is Netanyahu really silent… or silently shaping the entire region? This is a story of power, propaganda and a Middle East twist you didn’t see coming.

  1. When I hear this person’s interpretation of the news and situation all I can think of is 2004/2005 when USA reporters told me they cannot report what they saw in the tunnels of Khan Hunis …. that the dual palestinian Israeli armed patrols were ignoring the continued building of tunnels and continued smuggling in of parts for weapons through these tunnels from Egypt through till Gaza city. They said Daniel Seaman, spokesman for PM Arik Sharon told them that reporters who report that reality …that Sharon doesnt want it to be known they will not be permitted to come into Gaza to report live from the from the Gush Katif /Gaza Disengagement/ Expulsion ” that was to be ylthe biggest human story and headlines of that summer that none of those USA reporters would take a chance to miss !!
So therefore they of course did not report that the israeli soldiers in the dual palestian israel coforce were ignoring the tunnel smuggling of parts for weapons, rockets etc
apparantly according to rders from above .
Is this accurate ? Is something similar happenning now as well ?

  2. The proposed format of a fragmented Palestinian state divided between the West Bank and Gaza with a free passage through the sovereign territory of the State of Israel will constitute a constant problem for the Palestinians, Israel and Jordan.
A Palestinian state that has an affinity for Jerusalem, with all its religious and national meanings, will constitute a source of provocations for Islamic conflagration and incitement that will also sweep away the other countries in the region.
In the 30 years that have passed since the Oslo Accords, the proposed solution for a Palestinian state has failed to materialize. It is worth considering additional and unconventional solutions. One of them is a united Palestinian state with clear and compact borders in northern Sinai with territorial continuity to the Gaza Strip.
This solution will provide a “new map” that will allow any leadership in Israel to truly and sincerely respond to the “vision of two States”. This plan is better suited – in every demographic, political, security, economic, social and political measure – to the establishment of an independent Palestinian state, capable of existing and living in peace and security alongside the State of Israel.
The solution will be based on the contribution and participation of the parties in the region: Israel, the Palestinians and Egypt, as well as the international community – the European Union, the US and the UN.
