Volunteers of the Samaria Settlers documented Arabs and foreign radical left-wing activist who cut trunks and branches of olive trees near the
settlement of Elon Moreh to create a provocation.
In the first days of the harvest season, two volunteers of the Samaria Settlers filmed in real time Arabs and another man who joined them, apparently an extreme leftist foreigner, as they cut trunks and branches of trees adjacent to the settlement of Elon Moreh…

Settlers photographed them in the act and called the police.
Chairman of the Samaria Settlers, Benny Katzover, said that “just yesterday we called on the public to obtain cameras to record provocations, and already we have documented the provocation and uprooting of olive trees in real time…
Following the incident the Shomron Regional Council head Gershon Mesika called to act firmly against the uprooting of olive trees and expel the
members of the extreme left present during the harvest season…
Information Minister Yuli Edelstein said after the video “I’m glad to welcome the initiative of the settlers in the West Bank who today revealed the true faces of the Palestinians and the radical left who say every year that the settlers in the West Bank are hurting and destroying the trees
during the harvest season.”
“The video is proof that those who actually want to ignite the area and escalate the situation – they are the ones who use such provocations – as
